US Womens Figure Skating Championships

Figure skating has a new star!! Fourteen year old Mirai Nagasu captured the crown this past weekend at the US Womens Figure Skating Championships. Rachel Flatt (age 15) took second and Ashley Wagner (age 16) took third. The World Championships are in a few weeks and US Skating officials have a tough decision to make. Mirai and Rachel are too young to compete and some of the “veterans” like Kimmie Meissner are not really having their best seasons.
