FINALLY! I was so excited when I was given the opportunity to review the Scoreband Scorekeeping Sport Wristband – why? Because I am NOTORIOUS for forgetting what stroke I am on during any given hole on the golf course, I always forget what set my athletes are on when doing conditioning with them at the pool, and ScoreBand solves these problems for me.
ScoreBand is lightweight and comfortable – you wear it like a watch, but it has four modes that make keeping track of a lot of things much easier. There is Golf mode, Tennis mode, All Sports mode and a Time mode. Each mode is easy to use and gives you the freedom to focus on the task at hand, not the number in your head (that you are desperately trying not to forget!).
For example, on the golf course, I simply put ScoreBand into golf mode at the beginning of the day and toggle the top button every time I take a swing. When I finally get my pink golf ball in the hole, I toggle the bottom button and it adds that hole’s score to my running tally and I can start back at 0 for the next one. No more guessing.
Beyond the golf course there really are endless uses for the ScoreBand, from keeping track of how many swings you take of the bat in the batting cage to how many of your athletes get on the bus before the game!
For more information on the ScoreBand, visit the ScoreBand website. You can purchase ScoreBand from Golfsmith and other major retailers for about $30. Tip: order a size larger than you think you might need as these fit pretty snug.
Disclosure: I received the ScoreBand for review purposes, however all opinions are my own.
