		<description>Cold water isn&#039;t good for the body though. Cool water is... temperate water is the best. If it&#039;s cold, your body has to work harder to regulate the temperature, thus making you burn more calories just to consume the water that is trying to hydrate you.

at least, that was always my understanding. (thank you for saying no HFCS drinks. those drive me nuts)</description>
