This classic Nike ad from 1995 is great still to this day as it really helps hit home the benefits of girls playing sports!
Getting girls active and involved in sports is one of the best things we can do for them. Sports teaches so many life lessons and helps girls develop into strong, independent and confident women! Let them play!

I loved that commercial!! I was a senior in high school when it came out and I still remember it fondly. Great post!!
