Olympic gymnast Alicia Sacramone has always had a special flair for entertainment and for style. From her early days on the national gymnastics stage she has been considered a trend setter, a performer and has always had a little sassy air about her too. When I saw photos of Alicia at the Alexandre Herchcovitch Spring 2009 fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at The Promenade, Bryant Park on September 6, 2008 in New York City, I was not one bit surprised.

Alicia has retired from competitive gymnastics (from everything I have heard) and is now setting her sights on performing in another arena - Hollywood. She has recently been working on test reels for style and reality TV shows (Bravo, A&E, Style & even MTV) and working with TV casting veterans on her performing skills.

We wish Alicia luck in her new endeavors and hope to see her on TV soon!

Great photo of Nastia Liukin, the 2008 Olympic All Around Gymnastics Champion, on the set of Gossip Girl. Nastia mentioned that it was one of her favorite shows in an interview and the show’s producers contacted her. She will have a cameo appearance in an upcoming episode.

Disney Channel star Brenda Song has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do - which came in handy when taping the show Wendy Wu - Homecoming Warrior.

Camp Rock star Alyson Stoner plays basketball and did ballet as a young child.

Emma Watson, also known as Hermione in Harry Potter, plays field hockey.

Selena Gomez

Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez loves basketball, cheerleading, surfing and skateboarding.

Madison Pettis

Madison Pettis loves to dance and as a child took up to 10 dance classes a week.
